Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had thoughtful complimentary touches in the rooms, but unfortunately, there were some blockages in the toilet, sink, and shower. Overall, the rooms were clean and located in a good area.
The hotel has a convenient location in district 1, near the War Museum and a great vegetarian restaurant. The rooms, though a bit lacking in cleanliness as I found a dirty pillow on my bed, were spacious and overlooked smaller buildings and yards. The service was good overall, but the lady manager I interacted with seemed cold and unfriendly. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a decent selection near some bars and restaurants. The price for the room was 55USD, which seemed fair for the value provided.
The family room I stayed in for two nights was enormous, even more spacious than the pictures online. It was clean, well-decorated, quiet, and equipped with typical four-star amenities like a tea/coffee machine, safety box, and toiletries. However, there was an issue with water spreading throughout the room during each shower.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while smaller than expected, were clean and cozy. The central location made it easy to access popular sites and markets. The service was exceptional, surpassing my previous hotel experiences in terms of friendliness and attentiveness. The dining options were good, although the menu remained unchanged for the duration of my stay.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly. However, the dining options were a bit limited. The pool area was well-maintained and relaxing. The price was reasonable, but there were extra charges for some services like Wi-Fi.
My stay at Edenstar was pleasant overall. The rooms were fully functional with all amenities one could expect, even though some showed signs of age. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location was superb, near key attractions and away from the hustle of busy areas. The dining options were good, though the menu lacked variety at times.
The hotel was fantastic with comfortable and spacious rooms, superb complimentary services, and an extensive high-quality breakfast. The location was great, within walking distance of the Pham Ngu Lau tourist area. Will definitely recommend and return for another stay!
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were much better than the one I stayed in at Edenstar2, but the service from the hotel staff was very poor. Of course, there were some positives despite the shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was good, allowing easy exploration of various attractions, but it fell short of a 4-star standard. The rooms were clean and offered appropriate amenities, although my initial room had a cigarette smell. The service was exceptional, with professional staff eager to assist, but the dining experience was traditional shabu-shabu, limiting variety. Overall, considering the great location and facilities, the value for money was reasonable.
